We have had to remove Germany from or list of destinations due to recent legislation which prevents us from doing so.
We do not currently ship to Canada and the USA or Australia and New Zealand as our insurance does not cover us for this.
We have stopped sending paper invoices with orders but if you would like one sent via email then please let us know.
We use ECO FLO Biodegradable Loose Fill packaging nuts which are made from gm free starch and are 100% biodegradable and compostable (EN13432)
The packing tape is made by Eco Craft in the UK and is also fully biodegradable. Our mailing boxes are made from recycled kraft paper.
All of our soaps are wrapped in recycled compostable paper.
All of our other products come in reusable or recyclable containers, glass and cosmetic grade aluminium.
The inserts in the top of the bottles need to be able to stop the liquid from escaping, ours are plastic, cardboard inserts are also lined with plastic.
However both the labels and bottle inserts are easily removed and can be put in your plastic recycling.
By law our labels must be indelible and currently there is no bio degradable option for small producers
We continue to strive to reduce out plastic use and are always open to any suggestions you may have
We accept returns of used and clean Wild Sage & Co glass jars however we are unable to accept the aluminium containers as these can become damaged and dented with use.
