As we are such a small company we are not able to send out samples. However we do send out a small soap sample with each order, so can try a different soap each time

+ Where is my parcel?
If your parcel is late or has not arrived please email Julie@wild-sage.co.uk with your order number so we can check the Royal Mail tracking
+ Are your products cruelty free?
We happily test our products on ourselves, so all of our products are Cruelty Free and always will be
+ Do you have a refill service?
We don’t currently have the space to provide a refill service, as our premises are still limited at the moment. For this reason we suggest recycling or upcycling them.
+ Do you use Sodium Hydroxide, Lye, Caustic Soda?
Sodium Hydroxide, otherwise known as Lye or Caustic Soda, is an essential component to soap making. When we make soap, the oils we use react with the caustic soda in a process called saponification. This process changes, for example, Olive oil, into Sodium Olivate, which is a harmless substance otherwise known as Olive oil soap! This means that there isn’t any caustic soda left in your finished bar of soap.
+ Why is my product a slightly different colour than last time?
All of our products are made using natural ingredients. This means that the colours can change from batch to batch, just as ingredients found in nature are not entirely uniform. Our rosehip seed oil, for example, can range from being a deep orange to a light pink, just as the rosehips themselves vary.
We try to keep our products as uniform as possible, however if you are unsatisfied with the way your item looks them please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us about it
+ Do you ship outside the EU?
Sadly we do not ship outside the EU at this time as our insurance does not cover it. However many of our stockists do, you can find a list of them here.
+ How do I become a wholesaler
We are often so busy at Wild Sage that we cannot take on every application to become a wholesaler, however if you’d like to express and interest then you can fill out our application form. This way we can keep your details on the system in case any space becomes available.
Sadly due to the high volume of requests we get we cannot respond to everyone.
