How to ship your item back
Faulty or incorrect items
If you find fault with any item or if you believe you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for approval to return or exchange.
You will need to dispatch it back to us within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund of the goods (and delivery charge if it was all that was ordered).
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Non- Faulty items
If the goods are not faulty and you wish to return them you must let us know the reason you are returning the item. We pride ourselves on accurate images and description but if you are unhappy with any product and feel it is not as described please inform us.
You will need inform us within 14 days of receiving your order, you then have an additional 14 days to despatch it back to us. We will then refund you the full price of the item(s) providing that the goods are returned in their original packaging and in a re-salable condition
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
